Kartra is an all-in-one marketing platform to operate a digital business. It is used by over 50,000 coaches, creators, and instructors to gain income from sharing their unique skills and knowledge online via courses, campaigns, and webinars.
During my time at Genesis Digital, I played a hybrid role across web, marketing, and customer experience teams to elevate the Kartra brand. Influencing how users both old and new perceive the product amongst other competitors in the market.
Kartra homepage redesign increased average number of visitors to pricing page by 8% during first 3 months.
I worked with copy writers, customer researchers, and developers on a variety of webpage redesigns to showcase the product in it’s best way possible. After gaining a holistic view of the user criteria, I developed a system of over 50+ unique visual compositions that tell the story of the product’s most unique features in a simple and concise manner.
Kartra AI launched in April 2024 as a powerful new feature that allows you to generate personalized copy that understands your brand, audience, and business goals. Prior to launching, I created the identity system and led the art direction of all visual deliverables to promote the product via remarketing and awareness campaigns.
In November 2024 Kartra hosted a 2-day virtual event packed with actionable strategies from a handful of successful female entrepreneurs across the marketing industry. I led the art direction & identity design for this virtual event. The visual guidelines I created influenced a cohesive family of promotional assets including digital ads, custom webpages, presentation decks, and much more.
I’ve taken on countless branding projects in the past, yet had never crafted an event identity before. It was exciting to intentionally step outside the core brand guidelines and contribute to something educational for the online community of Kartra users.
Within a short period of time, I performed flexibly as a hybrid designer to create many digital solutions for Kartra. From an updated web design system, to new visual guidelines across the brand. I left behind a variety of tools and assets for the web and marketing team to continue building upon.
